Bet Picks: 4th & 5th August 2018

Into our second month of bet tips and we have a return to some of the European league's to bet on, if you want to see the profit we returned in July, Click Here

3 bets this weekend, a mixed 5 fold, a both teams to score 5 fold and finally our snakes and ladders bet. Decided to not have a 100/1 shot this week and try an focus on making some profit early in the month and then maybe bringing it back later on.

The first bet I have placed is a mixed 5 fold, 3 both teams to score and 2 home wins, for these I have looked back over the last 5 seasons at this fixture and tried to pick out the best games from recent history. I decided against using last season's form and just use historical. Coventry V Scunthrope and Millwall V Middlesbrough have had 3 in the last 4 end with both teams scoring, while Notts County V Colchester has had 4 out of the last 5. These 3 are good picks for me.

When looking for home wins, again I have used history from the last 5 seasons, I have looked for fixture which the away team has not done well, here I am trying to identify bogey teams. Bristol City have beaten Forest on the last 4 occasions while Grimsby have won 4 and drew 1 of the last 5 against Forest Green.

Odds on this 5 fold return £338.20 from £10, feel this is really good value on this bet.

Next up in the MLS five fold both teams to score bet. Here I have used the last 5 years historical data and this seasons form to pick the teams. With a week inbetween games in the MLS this week, I feel we could be in for a bumper weekend for both teams to score, with only Houston coming out as a predicted NO to both teams to score.

Finally onto the snakes and ladders bet, if you do not know what this bet is, have a read of the article here.

For the 1st bet in the challenge I have gone for Coventry V Scunthrope and Hibs V Motherwell, both games have been picked off of the historical results in the fixture and I have not used any form in this. This bet returns £33.61. If this bet wins, next weekend bet will be with the £33.61.
